Released as part of the Master's Anthology collection, it is crafted by Master Blender Dr. Rachel Barry. It is aged in Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez sherry casks and features Aberdeenshire Highland peat used to dry the malted barley. This results in a gently sweet, earthy smokiness that differs from the more medicinal peaty notes of Islay malts.
