This rice flour bread was born after much trial and error, inspired by the concerns of a customer with a wheat allergy, with the goal of "making bread that even people with allergies can enjoy."
Initially, there was an issue with the product becoming hard over time, but with the desire to make it delicious until the last bite, we made many prototypes and by adding soy pulp, we arrived at the ideal chewy texture.
