This is the simplest, basic Fusubon bread, a thinly sliced (16 slices) low-carb loaf. Enjoy a moist, chewy texture while keeping carbs to just 1.4g per slice. It's light and chewy even when eaten raw, and lightly toasting it gives it a crispy, fragrant finish. While it's recommended to enjoy it simply with butter, we also recommend spreading it with unsweetened peanut butter.
