A luxurious Mont Blanc tart made with unsweetened chestnut paste and Fusbon cookies.
The base of the tart is made from fusbon cookies, and a chestnut damand made from chestnut paste and almond powder is placed on top. On top of that, a layer of milk mousse and rich chestnut cream is placed, and Mont Blanc cream made from chestnut paste, fresh cream, erythritol, and stevia is squeezed on top of the cake.
Although the sugar-free chestnut paste is flavored with a low-carb, zero-sugar natural sweetener, which reduces the sugar content by approximately 75% compared to a regular Mont Blanc tart, chestnuts still contain a relatively high amount of sugar. One whole cake contains 36.5g of carbohydrates, which is higher than other Fusubon products, so we recommend cutting it into about 5 slices and eating it little by little.
